Dr. Sabina Shrestha
Dr. Sabina Shrestha is a leading fertility specialist, the first embryologist of Nepal, and Founder Member and Vice President of the Fertility Society of Nepal (FESON). She is the National Co-Director of the Ian Donald School of Ultrasound and served as the Country Representative for the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE, 2021–2023).
With over 20 years of experience in IVF, ICSI, TESA, vitrification and laser-assisted hatching , Dr. Shrestha pioneered the introduction of IVF, laser-assisted hatching, and vitrification in Nepal. She has helped achieve over 1,500 successful IVF and 5,000 successful IUI pregnancies, making her one of the most accomplished ART practitioners in the region. As the Founder Director and ART Consultant at Kathmandu Fertility Center and a leading IVF practitioner at OM Hospital & Research Centre since 2003, she continues to transform countless lives through her expertise in obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive health.
